Eddy is a graduate of University of Alabama with a business degree. He earned his CPA certificate and was in public accounting for several years before going into the corporate world. Eddy was controller in several businesses prior to settling into a family owned business in the road construction industry. His broad base of business experience in multiple industries and practical knowledge of investments gives Eddy a unique perspective for his clients. Eddy specializes in commercial real estate and investment properties. His previous experience as a mortgage broker is a big plus as he fully understands the financial aspect of real estate

Tish graduated from Houston Baptist University with a BS in Accounting and Management and went on to earn her CPA certificate. After several years in public accounting in Texas, she went to work for a small mortgage company that was purchased by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Tish transferred to Birmingham with her family and fell in love with the quality of life the Magic City offers. After Wells Fargo reorganized their division, she was offered another relocation but chose instead to pursue her passion in real estate in a city she loves. Tish ranked in the top 2% of Birmingham Realtors for over 10 years and with 700+ transactions, she brings a lot of experience to the table. For most clients, buying or selling real estate is THE largest and most important decision of their financial life. Tish’s clients trust her to guide them in this journey.
